Public website inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, contact type, and message. Inquiries are stored for Sonaris follow-up. No student attendance records or patient records are collected through this form.
Portal roles
Portal access is organized around students, assigned instructors, school directors, and Sonaris administrators. Students access their own records; school directors access authorized records from their school. Sonaris staff manage invitations and assignments.
Attendance and approved hours
The portal separates recorded attendance from approved clinical hours. Exceptions and corrections require Sonaris review.
Patient information
Do not submit patient-identifying information or medical records through the website. Clinical-education records should remain separate from patient information.
